After working at Itochu Corporation, he founded a real estate company, which grew into a company listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Subsequently, he founded several other companies, worked as a management consultant, and served as a director of L-Plus before becoming its Representative Director and Chairman.

In 2005, he joined a real estate company headed by Kaneko and engaged in real estate brokerage work.
He joined L-Plus in 2015, and after serving as the head of the purchasing department, he became the representative director.

He worked in real estate development at a major real estate company and a mid-sized general contractor. He joined L-Plus in 2012, and after serving as the head of real estate acquisition, he was appointed Managing Director.

In 2002, he joined a real estate company headed by Kaneko and engaged in real estate development work. He then supported L-Plus from its founding and became a director of L-Plus in 2025.

After joining Itochu Corporation, he served as an executive officer at Itochu Urban Community, a senior managing director at Itochu Urban Development, and a representative director at Century 21 Japan. After retiring from these positions, he became a director at L-Plus in 2026.

He has over 30 years of experience in acquiring land for real estate projects and has worked on numerous projects. He previously served as Managing Director of a listed real estate company, Representative Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of L-Plus, before becoming a Director and Advisor.

After working at Azusa Audit Corporation, he left the company and was appointed as an auditor of L-Plus in 2026.
